I had a very unsettling experience with the rooms at this hotel. Not having a 'do not disturb' sign available was inconvenient, and discovering bed bugs in the room was distressing. On the positive side, the digital safe provided some security, but overall, feeling unsafe during my stay was unacceptable and scary.

The absence of a 'do not disturb' sign on the door and encountering bed bugs in the room made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. Providing a digital safe was a good feature, but it didn't compensate for the negative experiences.

The staff had a 'don't care and can't be bothered' attitude throughout my stay. This lack of care and warmth contrasted with what I expected from a hotel stay. However, the available services like room service and housekeeping were up to standard.
