I had a very unsettling experience with the rooms at this hotel. Not having a 'do not disturb' sign available was inconvenient, and discovering bed bugs in the room was distressing. On the positive side, the digital safe provided some security, but overall, feeling unsafe during my stay was unacceptable and scary.
